Sheel Tyle is the Founder and co-CEO of Collective Global, a global investment firm investing across early stage, venture growth, and GP stakes. Collective’s portfolio includes over 50+ companies across 6 continents in artificial intelligence, financial technology, energy resilience, mental health, and software. Sheel is Co-Owner and Alternate Governor of the Portland Trail Blazers, where he also serves on the organization’s Board of Directors. He was a founding partner of the Rip City Rising ownership group that purchased the NBA franchise from the Estate of Paul G. Allen in March 2026.

Sheel graduated from Stanford at 19. In addition, Sheel holds a JD from Harvard Law School and is a member of the State Bar of Texas. He was listed on the Forbes 30 under 30 in 2013 and named an All-Star Alumni in 2018. He serves as a trustee of the Society for Science and as a board member or advisor to the Greater Houston Partnership, Baylor College of Medicine, and the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library.
