Henrik Nordlander is a Partner at Collective Global. Prior to joining Collective, Henrik was Co-Head of Alternative Investments at the Third Swedish National Pension Fund (AP3), where he amongst other things led global private equity strategies deploying more than $4 billion into 100+ fund investments and direct investments. In addition, Henrik oversaw circa $19 billion in total AUM across several illiquid asset classes. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Swedfund International, overseeing investments across emerging markets from the firm’s Nairobi office. Henrik began his career in investment analysis and holds a Master’s degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from Lund University.
